Renal Dialysis Director jobs in Utica, NY
Renal Dialysis Director directs the staff and programs of the renal dialysis department. Organizes and coordinates inpatient and outpatient dialysis services and operations. Being a Renal Dialysis Director develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for dialysis operations and programs. Monitors quality of care, compliance, and data collection and leads quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, Renal Dialysis Director oversees the professional development of staff and educational support programs for patients. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Renal Dialysis Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Renal Dialysis Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Home Training Registered Nurse, RN
Our Home Training Registered Nurses evaluates and trains the dialysis facility's home patients, care partners and families for the home hemodialysis program. This position exercises knowledge of patient rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all patients in a safe, secure environment. Position must demonstrate familiarity with hemodialysis equipment, procedures, and the knowledge, skills, and judgement necessary to assume the responsibility of caring for the dialysis patient. Applicant must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Current state nursing license required.

Pay: $24.25 - $44.45 / hour
