About the team
The Data Quality team (DQAT) is a growing team. Our work includes Categories, Products, Database Maintenance, Index Maintenance and Indexing. This position works on the Indexing/DBM team using tools to update documents from payer index pages. The DQAT team is the pillar of the data quality we are reporting to the clients.
What to expect
This is an 8 month co-op position.
In your first work term, you will undergo several weeks of training and receive tasks to get to know the database. By helping us maintain and expand our resources, you’ll get a feel for the work, environment, and team. The following term is based heavily in developing and refining your skills in navigating and maintaining the database.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with an interest in database maintenance and strong attention to detail to join our team as a Junior Data Quality Coordinator.

Note on remote work: At this time our company is working fully remotely with the option of working from our downtown Vancoucer office. The remote work arrangement does not have an impact on this position's responsibilities or commitments.
Assisting the Data Quality Coordinators and team lead with specialized database maintenance and organization tasks
Monitor data quality-related Slack channels and forms
○ Creation and monitoring of Database Maintenance tasks that address tracking errors, data population, and clean-up tasks (payer grouping, archiving, changing payers, merging/splitting)
○ Adding & editing documents via the indexing process
○ Responsible for the index maintenance processes (e.g. index population or archiving)
