Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) oversees all activities of a residence hall. Oversees the maintenance and renovation, purchase and inventory of supplies, assignment of rooms and summer housing, and housekeeping functions. Being a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) is responsible for student housing assignment, maintenance of facilities, and safety of residents. Ensures students follow college/university conduct policies and takes appropriate disciplinary actions when rules are broken. Additionally, Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) room and board in the residence hall is included in the terms of employment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Samen met jouw collega’s van de klantenservice sta jij als klantenservice medewerker bestaande klanten van VodafoneZiggo telefonisch in het Nederlands te woord. Je krijgt uiteenlopende vragen over mobiele en vaste telefonie, internet en televisie. Geloof ons, geen gesprek is hetzelfde. Maar dit doe je in ieder geval:
- Jij helpt klanten telefonisch die jou bellen.
- Heeft de klant een storing? Samen lossen jullie het telefonisch op.

Geen oplossing gevonden? Dan plan jij als Klantenservice medewerker een terugbelafspraak in of zet je het gesprek door naar de juiste afdeling.
Dit is een 100% thuiswerk inbound project voor werken vanuit Turkije. Het is wel een voorwaarde dat jouw Nederlands uitstekend is want je spreekt met Nederlandstalige klanten als medewerker klantenservice.

Zo start jij bij Conduent als 100% Home Office Klantenservice medewerker- Jij krijgt een goede uitgebreide, betaalde basistraining online,
- Jij zorgt voor een rustige afgezonderde werkplek in huis; wij voor de apparatuur,
- Je beschikt over een goedwerkende stabiele internetverbinding; de kosten hiervoor vergoeden wij je.
Dit verwachten we van jou als 100% thuiswerk medewerker klantenservice:
- Echt goede kennis van het Nederlands; in woord en geschrift.
- Je bent service- en klantgericht en biedt de perfecte oplossing aan de klant.
- Jij hebt affiniteit met commercie, maar kunt ook omgaan met administratieve processen. Tevens heb je gevoel voor verkoop (cross- en upselling).
- Een minimale beschikbaarheid van 24 uur/week en maximaal 45 uur/week.
- Jij bent in het weekend beschikbaar, maar wordt roulerend ingepland.
- Voor de starttraining dien je 2-3 weken lang 40 uur beschikbaar te zijn.
