Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) oversees all activities of a residence hall. Oversees the maintenance and renovation, purchase and inventory of supplies, assignment of rooms and summer housing, and housekeeping functions. Being a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) is responsible for student housing assignment, maintenance of facilities, and safety of residents. Ensures students follow college/university conduct policies and takes appropriate disciplinary actions when rules are broken. Additionally, Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) room and board in the residence hall is included in the terms of employment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. - General construction of electrical substations.
- Underground and above ground conduit.
- Installs underground grounding systems.
- Installs steel structures, electrical substations, and battery substations.
- Installs MV/HV switches and other electrical equipment.
- Assists in the layout and concrete placement of drilled peers.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
- Installing ground grid.
- Operating equipment.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma/GED Required.
- 1 year working on electrical substations preferred.
- Or Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s License Required.
- Ability to travel 5-15%.
- Site layout
- Place/finish concrete.
- Install AG/BG conduit.
- Pulling control cable/general knowledge of terminating.
- Erecting steel structures.
Anticipated base salary range: $22.00- $27.00The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.Per Diem of $100.00 daily to cover lodging, meals and travel during rotation.RES offers benefits that are effective first day of employment.
