Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) oversees all activities of a residence hall. Oversees the maintenance and renovation, purchase and inventory of supplies, assignment of rooms and summer housing, and housekeeping functions. Being a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) is responsible for student housing assignment, maintenance of facilities, and safety of residents. Ensures students follow college/university conduct policies and takes appropriate disciplinary actions when rules are broken. Additionally, Res. Hall Manager (Incl. JOB SUMMARY As the Maintenance Manager, you will use your skills to support Receiving, Packing and Shipping Operations. Responsible for managing the maintenance staff and ensuring all procedures, safe maintenance, and repair of machinery, building services and fixtures for upkeep of the entire facility. Maintenance is done in preventative and repair format as well as new equipment installations or modifications. Must have working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance, company policies and procedures. Routinely services based on business needs. Services equipment common to the operations related to installation, maintenance and repair of commercial boilers, vapor heat chambers, refrigeration system (HVAC), conveyors, sizer, compressors, and other equipment. Responsible for assigning work and coordinating the work of other team members and general maintenance of varied equipment used to wash, pack, and ship produce. Demonstrates extensive knowledge and experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems throughout the building.
