Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) oversees all activities of a residence hall. Oversees the maintenance and renovation, purchase and inventory of supplies, assignment of rooms and summer housing, and housekeeping functions. Being a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) is responsible for student housing assignment, maintenance of facilities, and safety of residents. Ensures students follow college/university conduct policies and takes appropriate disciplinary actions when rules are broken. Additionally, Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) room and board in the residence hall is included in the terms of employment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. The Escape Room Assistant Manager has full responsibility of the day-to-day operations. This includes scheduling and managing a small team of casual staff (6-8 people, depending on the season). Maintaining company standards and answering emails from customers, including large group bookings.
*MUST* HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY (Friday-Saturday) General schedule will be Wednesday thru Saturday. Great job for someone looking to get back into the work force and balance with additional jobs/commitments. Chill environment working directly with the owner to make changes quickly.
What is an Escape Room? You are "locked" in a room for 60 Minutes, using the clues around, you must solve the puzzles and make your final escape! This is a unique type of entertainment and we are looking to expand our team to help assist the owner in scheduling and training/managing employees.
