Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) oversees all activities of a residence hall. Oversees the maintenance and renovation, purchase and inventory of supplies, assignment of rooms and summer housing, and housekeeping functions. Being a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) is responsible for student housing assignment, maintenance of facilities, and safety of residents. Ensures students follow college/university conduct policies and takes appropriate disciplinary actions when rules are broken. Additionally, Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) room and board in the residence hall is included in the terms of employment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. The hourly pay range for this role is $17-$50. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington State. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
