Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cannabis Grower to join our team. Though prior experience is not required, having a basic knowledge of cannabis plant care, including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, and air flow is a plus. This role is responsible for managing our cannabis production from clone to harvest, ensuring the highest quality product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cannabis crops and manage cultivation rooms, including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management.
• Monitor plant development and optimize conditions for growth and health.
• Maintain and adhere to cultivation protocols and a nutrient regimen.
• Manage cannabis plants, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
• Record and track the efficiency of varieties and the efficacy of treatments.
• Work closely with other company departments to ensure that the production facility operates smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a regulated field producing for a large-scale cannabis operation.
• Experience in inventory management software is not required but will benefit you in this role.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with state regulations.
