    NOTE: This role is a temporary engagement and is slated to be full time (target 40 hours) until the end of June 2024. Previous Clinical Research experience is not required.

    Clinical Research Coordinator’s Main Objective: Overall, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies and assisting the Site Manager in leading and developing the site and team.


    • Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
    • Patient visits are accurate and efficient
    • Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
    • Seeing to it that all clinical trial protocols are being adhered to 100% of the time
    • Maintain site audit readiness at all times
    • Assist Central Quality Assurance Team and Site Manager with Quality Assurance
    • Maintaining Physician Trust - You are seen as a go to, knowledgeable resource to our physicians including ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and updated on all current clinical trial patients and protocols


    Skills needed to win:


    • Preferred:  Experience in a patient facing healthcare setting
    • Preferred: B.S or B.A from any accredited university in any degree or transferrable experience
    • Preferred: Customer service experience highly preferred
    • Clinical research not required (but wonderful if you have it, of course!)
