SUMMARY
Interview and document respondents’ opinions and/or answers to market research surveys by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).
Remain professional and polite at all times.
Call prospective participants in designated market areas to administer market research interviews to qualified respondents.
Enter names, addresses, opinions, answers and reactions of respondents using a software program, clarify vague or unclear responses, probe to obtain complete and clear answers.
Enter respondents’ replies to open ended questions verbatim.
Follow instructions of Supervisory staff.
Maintain company acceptable productivity and survey quality levels.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
High school graduate preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read English aloud with exceptional confidence and to accurately collect opinions provided by respondents.
Bilingual Research Associates must also read Spanish aloud at an exceptional level. A certification exercise will be conducted.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Ability to type 25 words per minute.
