Qualifications

To assist us in taking excellent care of our patients, you should have the following education, experience, and qualities:

• Graduation from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Program.
• License to practice Veterinary Medicine in the state of Pennsylvania, or qualify for licensure.
• New grads accepted! We have a wonderful mentorship program!
• Experience in general veterinary surgery is beneficial (though not a requirement).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds preferred.
• A positive, friendly demeanor is a must! The team will look to you for leadership and you will be depended upon to help uphold our professional standards and integrity as well as support and participate in our positive practice culture.
• Be knowledgeable and skilled in the practice of veterinary medicine
• Possess excellent marketing skills to justify and encourage diagnostic and treatment plans for patients and embolden follow-through by clients.
• A team oriented mind-set with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Strong desire to learn. Our team of doctors are eager to help you grow and help you master your craft!
• An educational approach to client communication. The more our clients know - the better care they can take of their pets!

Hours & Availability

We are flexible and willing to work around your schedule, so let’s talk! Your availability should align with our hours of operation as follows:

• Monday/Thursday: 7:30am - 8:00pm
• Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
• Saturday - 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Sunday: CLOSED
• No after-hours or emergency scheduling!

Compensation & Benefits

Our amazing team members can expect competitive pay! The salary range for this position is $110,000 per year, dependent upon education and/or experience.
