Pay starts at $18-$19hr for crew members and $21 - $24 for crew leaders or drivers depending on experience, with review and raise after 30 days. There are perks such as daily tips, review bonuses, great fun work environment, and some other incentives. We also get a daily change in scenery so work never feels boring or slow and the time passes quickly.
~We provide paid training and can work with just about anyone's availability.
~Typical work hours are 8am to 5pm and we rarely are gone overnight.
~Weekends are optional and not consistent but do come with an increased hourly pay rate.

****Hiring for all field positions.****
* Driver / Crew Lead ($21 - $24)
Job can be 1-6 days a week (your choice really), starts at 7:45 and is usually complete by 5 or sooner. Almost all central Oregon based. Paid a higher rate and comes with more responsibility including customer interactions, delegating, and keeping things organized (all details will be discussed in interview) This is a labor position.
* Crew members/movers ($18-$19)
Job can be 1-5 days a week (your choice really), starts at 750am and is usually complete by 5 or sooner. Almost all central Oregon based. Paid base rate of $18 to start. This is a labor position with lots of opportunities for growth within the company.
* Packers ($18 - $22)
This is a part time or occasional job. This job includes customer service, following directions, and being available on short notice from time to time. Pay is based on experience and efficiency. All work is in Central Oregon. This is a labor position with much less lifting than our mover positions.

~All positions will have a training period then work into full or part time whichever you desire.
~ All positions must be able to lift, bend, and / or stand for a long period of time, follow basic directions, have some reading and writing skills in English, and be willing to put in the effort.
