Position Summary:
Support NDC Marysville and external customers with quality and food safety while promoting quality awareness across the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support NDC Marysville Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP’s)
- Unit HACCP creation/maintenance
- Risk Assessments to support innovation projects
- Assist with food safety release of Ready-To-Drink & Coffee Developmental Trials
- Support management of Raw Material & Packaging Release
- Key Site Quality support for Ready-To-Drink & Coffee Trial Management Processes
- Assist with NDC Marysville RIGHT (PRP’s) Audit Plan
- Support Pre-requisite Programs (PRP’s) at NDC Marysville
- Water/Air Utilities
- Water QMS
- Support Legionella Plan
- Water Sampling Plan
- Site Integrated Pest Management
- Maintain Site Quality document control compliance
- Support Site Quality training program as appropriate
- Participate in audits and corrective actions while promoting Regulatory Compliance
- Perform trend analysis for process continuous improvement and investigative studies
- Assist Project Managers with quality management practices and project documentation
- Comply with Nestlé Integrated Management System and all other company policies and procedures
- Participate in appropriate Network(s), providing necessary information to facility and partners
Job Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge):
- Bachelor of Science (Microbiology strongly preferred)
- 0-2 years Quality factory experience in food and beverage industry
- Able to travel (<10%)
- Working knowledge of:
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points risk assessments, has participated on HACCP teams and/or lead their creation
- International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
- Continuous Improvement Methodologies
