What You'll Be Doing:

Service Delivery Excellence: Play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IT services to our team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

General Responsibilities:

• Generally manage and oversee the service delivery of all IT capabilities in ATC’s Baseline Capabilities and Enterprise Services portions of its service catalog.
• Support, advise, assist, and manage service delivery of all IT capabilities in ATC’s Above Baseline and Investment portions of its service catalog (Helpdesk Tiers 1, 2, and 3).
• Develop and manage internal customer support request processes (Helpdesk Tiers 1 and 2).
• Coordinate directly and independently with ATC’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), as needed.
• Serve as the Onsite Active Directory (MS Entra ID) administrator in coordination with the MSP or MSSP. 
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and respond to security incidents.
• Install and configure software in coordination, as needed, with the MSP or MSSP.
• Manage and optimize ATC’s MS Active Directory (MS Entra ID) structure.
• Support and augment MS PowerBI dashboards and analytical capabilities.
• Coordinate with ATC’s MSP or MSSP for active trouble-ticket and problem reporting system awareness.
• Manage the company's Microsoft servers in coordination with the MSP or MSSP.

Position Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office and Office 365
• Expert knowledge of information security fundamentals
• Strong knowledge of MS Active Directory (MS Entra ID) Server management
• Strong knowledge of MS SharePoint Server management
• Strong knowledge of MS Teams administration
• Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 cloud management
• Strong knowledge of applied fundamentals of network management
• Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and methods
• Familiarity with Microsoft, Windows, and Azure software, servers, processes, and architecture.
• Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP); or
  • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Essentials (GSEC); or
  • Security CE; or
  • Systems Security Certified Professional (SSCP); or
  •  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Possess reliable transportation and proof of insurance, with favorable MVR, to support multiple sites across the ATC Enterprise.
• Must be able to perform work while standing, sitting, and/or walking; requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing; requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations; requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching; requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI)
• CyberSec First Responder (CFR)
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)v4 Foundations or higher
