Responsibilities:

• Client development and management, including financial accounting
• Proposal development, scopes, fees, and tracking performance
• Maintaining relationships with City departments and presentations at hearings
• Leadership and management of engineers and technicians
• Technical supervision and design in pavement, utilities, grading, and drainage
• Management of in-house and external surveying support
• Community involvement and seeking leadership roles in civic organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Professional engineer registration in Texas
• Minimum 10 years of experience in site development
• • Plans production and management
  • Entitlements such as Platting, Zoning, and Municipal Permitting
  • Site Planning and Development Master Planning
  • Grading and Drainage Design
  • Street and Alley Design
  • Water and Wastewater Design
  • Hydrology and Hydraulics Analysis and Design
  • General Civil Design
  • Construction Management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to attend meetings as needed
