The Drolia laboratory is a microbial pathogenesis laboratory seeking a highly motivated research technician to join our dynamic team and assist in our research activities. Our laboratory's overall goal is to understand pathogenic mechanisms and design preventive and therapeutics for infectious and inflammatory diseases. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our research projects focused on bacterial (Listeria) pathogenesis, probiotic bioengineering, and multi-species biofilms.
Job Responsibilities:Performing microbiology and molecular and cellular biology experiments.
Data collection and analysis.
Literature review and writing
Laboratory maintenance and ordering.
Safety compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
