Typically reports to a head of unit/director. The Research and Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Description
Perform project management duties in support of multiple Government sponsored R&D activities which include acoustic analysis, software and algorithm design, development, test, demonstration, and deployment. Work with agile development teams, Principle Investigators, Product Owners, and System Owners contributing to strategic discussions and help translate strategies and ideas into outcomes, actionable plans and results.
