Position: Waterpark/Activities Supervisor

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Waterpark/Activities Supervisor

What will you be doing most days?

• Interview, hire, and train new employees for the Water Park and Guest Activities.
• Create the weekly staff schedule. Keeping in mind staff availability and request offs.
• Manage staff schedule when there are call-outs or no shows.
• Create a daily/weekly activity schedule for guests.
• Plan, promote, and execute special events. (Halloween bash, Easter egg hunt, etc.)
• Inventory of crafts and supplies for all activities. Ordering and stocking supplies.
• Inventory of pool towels and first aid supplies.
• Recruit kids for activities and explain any rules of the activity.
• Fill out incident reports of incidents that happen in the water park.
• Monitor the pool area and staff.
• Step in when problems arise with guests or non-guests and handle the situation accordingly.
• Relay any maintenance issues to the correct department.

Physical Requirements for this Position

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
