Rising Star Resource Development Corporation is seeking an experienced and hard-working individual to join our team of professionals whose duties consist of management of cleaning crew, cleaning and maintaining industrial settings such as manufacturing facilities and warehouses while adhering to Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulation.
The Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial buildings.

Essential Functions : The qualified candidate should be, energetic, and motivated with a seasoned able total facilities maintenance background to include use of chemicals and bio hazard spillage.
This position require strong leadership capabilities.
Technical Skills : The Site Supervisor must have proficient supervisory experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Suite of Products (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
timekeeping via company custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and timekeeping system.
Qualitative Skills : Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills are a must. The Site Supervisor is highly dependent upon the ability to communicate.
Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, since schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions.
Must have the ability to field personnel, able to problem solve and proactively find solutions.
Education / Experience : Some College preferred or one to two years of experience. OSHA training and other industry certification a plus.
Work Location : Assigned Site Office Location (Downtown Dallas).
Office Equipment : Mobile Phone and Laptop provided.
Travel Requirements : 10 percent travel overnight required for training, education and conferences.
