Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     The Business Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in expanding Wagner Kapoor Institute's market share through new business development and growth in existing client relationships to meet sales and profit goals set by the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute the Individual Sales Plan set by Wagner Kapoor Institute.
    • Gather information and contribute to the formulation of strategic and tactical efforts for Sales and Marketing.
    • Be a self-starter with an attractive, inventive spirit, high energy, and an outgoing nature.
    • Account Management:
    • Provide excellent client service to maximize referrals and retention.
    • Increase current practice partner referrals by engaging and educating practices on WKI's services and expertise.
    • Execute a territory outreach plan to ensure regular contact with all practices in the area.

    New Business Development:

    • Generate new partnerships with medical groups and practices through networking, medical practice visits, and presentations.
    • Follow up on qualified leads provided by WKI and convert them into opportunities.
    • Meet with prospects to uncover potential opportunities for WKI and demonstrate how our solutions meet the needs of their patients.
    • Develop effective presentations outlining our solutions and the value proposition of WKI.
    • Communicating patients’ needs to ensure WKI solutions are delivered with high client satisfaction.
    • Promote the WKI brand through attending events, promoting content on social media, and providing feedback to marketing.
    • Stay current on industry trends and knowledge through attending events, reading publications, and company announcements.
    • Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality.
    • Accurately enter all opportunities, contacts, and accounts into CRM.
    • Provide weekly reporting on referring provider performance, calls made, visits conducted, and other sales efforts.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • Dependability: Evaluate whether the Sales Representative accomplishes goals and objectives reliably, respects deadlines, attends meetings promptly, fully participates in meetings, and completes action items in line with customer expectations.

    Ideal Candidate Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, including selling services to business customers.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
    • Experience using CRM (HubSpot) is a plus.

    Training

    A 90-day onboarding plan will cover Technology, Products, Customers, Sales Process, Sales Activity, Industry, and Organization to ensure success.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
