Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control, and managing project timelines.

Duties:

- Supervise construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews
- Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met

Skills:

- Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, ProCore
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead construction teams
- Experience in construction estimating and budget management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of quality control processes in construction
- Familiarity with HeavyBid for project bidding and cost estimation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
