Overview:
We are seeking to fill multiple positions of a dedicated and passionate Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students. This is a paid position that offers valuable experience in the field of education.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide individualized support to students with special education needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise and engage students during classroom activities
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions
- Support students in their physical, emotional, and intellectual development
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students

Skills:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
- Knowledge of literacy education techniques
- Experience in physical education or sports coaching is a plus
