    QUALIFICATIONS:                 

    1. Master’s degree or equivalent in administration

    2. State teaching license

    3. Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience

    4. Effective communication skills

    5. Effective problem solving skills

    6. Ability to work during non-scheduled teaching hours

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

     

    1. To provide assistance to the principal during the normal operation of the school.

    2. To provide administrative leadership in the absence of the principal.

    3. To provide leadership and support to the principal in the following organizational areas.

    • Summer school registration

    • Pre-school activities

    • School handbooks

    • Coordination of PTA activities

    • Curriculum organization

    • In-service sessions for faculty

    • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the principal
