The purpose of this task order is to provide 29 full time in-house contractors, to support NNSY C200 CVN planning and preparation of Technical Working Documents (TWD) such as job summaries, task group instructions (TGI's), and deficiency forms (DF's). Order materials, services and rentals equipment for ongoing and upcoming CVN availabilities, ship check for interferences, develop estimates and prepare and issue technical working documents. Uses Advance Industrial Management (AIM), Advance Industrial Management Support System (ATIS), Technical Information Manual (TIM), HAYSTACK GOLD, Industrial Process Instruction (IPI), NNSY Documents, Computer Industrial Technical Information System (CITIS), Conversion Liaison Instruction (CVLI's), Maintenance Standards, Tech Manuals, Current Ship's Maintenance Project (CSMP's), and Microsoft Office.

The consultant will support the construction, maintenance, overhaul, and modernization of aircraft carriers (e.g. CVN 78 Class) as well as research and development, specialized technical assignments, technical documents and cost reduction initiatives.
