Reservoir Engineering Manager jobs in Buffalo, NY

As a Human Resources Manager (also known as HR Manager, Employee Relations Manager), you'll oversee employee relations, staffing, performance management, training and development, and administration of HR policies, procedures and processes for approximately 200 employees. You'll also be responsible for promoting strategic alignment with company policies, goals and objectives, and fostering a positive culture of continuous improvement.

• Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 per year.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Management or related field, or advanced degree.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• 7 years of experience in human resource management, including knowledge of compensation practices, employee/labor relations, performance management, employment law, planning and project management.
• 3 years experience in a Unionized Manufacturing Plant HR leadership position.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment guidelines.
• Proficiency in Windows-based programs such as Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
