Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their campsite
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and other public areas
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Provide assistance to guests as needed
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with computers
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
