Reservoir Engineering Manager plans and directs all aspects of engineering studies regarding the identification, evaluation, and development of oil and gas reserves within a region. Oversees the process of estimating, assessing, and planning oil and gas production and development projects. Being a Reservoir Engineering Manager ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Reservoir Engineering Manager typically reports to top management. The Reservoir Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and team designed to ensure continuous production of industry-leading, high-quality products consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. This role with also establish and maintain processes and procedures necessary to monitor and react to the quality of incoming raw materials, production processes, and performance of products in the field.
This role will also develop, implement, and manage regulatory compliance for local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations relevant to our operations including but not limited to REACH, SCIP, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, and UL.
This role also oversees the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) of the organization as well as Technical Services department.

HOURS:
This is a full-time 40 hour per week role working four ten-hour days Monday – Thursday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm. Occasionally longer hours may be required.
