The individual will assume the management role for the SCREEN Engineering organization in Albany, NY The engineering group consists of Product and Process Engineers engaged with the customer to develop next generation manufacturing equipment and processes for leading edge semiconductor devices.
Role will include coordinating with account management team, service team, customer engineering team and SCREEN Japan team to maintain progress on projects and report out to executive management periodically.
Desired Qualifications:
5 years original equipment manufacturer experience
Experience of leading and managing engineering teams
Experience presenting to various levels of customer management up to executive level.
Educational Requirements:
BSc, BEng or higher in an engineering or scientific discipline.
