The Regional Sales Manager leads the sales and service activities in assigned area through Territory Managers and Service Technicians. The Regional Sales Manager ensures sales growth, customer trust, and profitable service work is done for the assigned area. This role will be instrumental in achieving the desired growth of sales in the area. This position will ensure total territory coverage and meet or exceed the needs of our customers through proper application of products, services, and systems. The Regional Sales Manager will work with marketing, inside sales and other areas to ensure the best coverage of the assigned area. This position requires a minimum of 50% travel.
