Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring worksites are safe and projects are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the construction crew
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties

Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Certification in construction safety protocols
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Basic understanding of construction blueprints
