We are seeking a Project Manager to join our small construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the construction industry, possess strong communication skills, excel in time management, and be adept at client relations. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Perform personal shopping duties
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
• Travel in all parts of the Bay Area

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction trade practices and techniques.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer savvy
