Residential Administrator - Nursing Home administers the day to day operations of the community's residential living units. Ensures proper accommodations for each resident. Being an Residential Administrator - Nursing Home builds good relationships with residents and families and participates in resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition. Implements and monitors safety protocols. Additionally, Residential Administrator - Nursing Home address complaints and resolve problems. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Residential Administrator - Nursing Home supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Residential Administrator - Nursing Home typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. - Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT

- Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
