Being an Residential Administrator - Nursing Home builds good relationships with residents and families and participates in resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition. Implements and monitors safety protocols. Additionally, Residential Administrator - Nursing Home address complaints and resolve problems. Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
