Residential Administrator - Nursing Home administers the day to day operations of the community's residential living units. Ensures proper accommodations for each resident. Being an Residential Administrator - Nursing Home builds good relationships with residents and families and participates in resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition. Implements and monitors safety protocols. Additionally, Residential Administrator - Nursing Home address complaints and resolve problems. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Residential Administrator - Nursing Home supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Residential Administrator - Nursing Home typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     What you will do:


      • Supervises employees as assigned, including managing their attendance and disciplinary action
      • Accounts Receivable functions
      • Participates in center's QAPI processes, including implementation and management of respective PIP(s)
      • Strives to maximize revenue opportunities; including ancillary revenue
      • Labor and Workforce Planning: follows PPD budgeting and management and ensures all staffing ratios meet Federal regulatory requirements
      • Manage supervision of Resident Trust accounts
      • Risk Management and Safety program management
      • Complies with all federal regulations as they pertain to HIPAA, Resident Rights, etc.

    Must have:

    • Must have valid WA NHA license
    • Prior experience working as an Administrator preferred
    • Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
