Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Responsibilities:

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations. Excellent survey experience is a must.
• Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.
• Lead your team of employees with at least 10 direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.
• Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.

Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Qualifications:

• Current Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor Degree in related field required; Masters preferred.
• Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations. Individual must be a team player, well organized and flexible.
