POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, coordinate and manage the overall operations of the nursing home in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations while being in accordance with Vivage Management policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program, Policies and Procedure Duties: 50% time
Reporting Duties: 20%time
Department Support Duties: 15% time
Management Duties: 15%time
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care or related field; Eden Associate preferred
Experience: Must have a minimum of (5) five years supervisory experience in a long-term care facility Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (strongly preferred)
License: Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing in the state in which they are operating
