Residential Administrator - Nursing Home administers the day to day operations of the community's residential living units. Ensures proper accommodations for each resident. Being an Residential Administrator - Nursing Home builds good relationships with residents and families and participates in resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition. Implements and monitors safety protocols. Additionally, Residential Administrator - Nursing Home address complaints and resolve problems. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Residential Administrator - Nursing Home supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Residential Administrator - Nursing Home typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Meadowbrook at Oconto Falls is hiring a licensed nurisng home administrator (LNHA) for its vibrant community facility. An adminsitrator is responsible for nursing home management, operations, and direction. LNHA is accountable for, but not limited to, census development, management of accounts receivable and collections, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive work culture, and following facility policies and procedures. The Administrator completes at least daily rounds of entire center premises to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
