This role is with a Home Health Agency in the STARTUP phase and has the potential to become full-time with benefits after the provisional period. The main responsibilities of the Director of Nursing include conducting initial assessments of prospective clients in their homes, overseeing the clinical department, ensuring excellent patient care, and implementing infection control protocols. Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and oversee all nursing operations within the organization, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality patient care.
2. Create and enforce nursing policies and procedures to guarantee excellent patient care, while also staying compliant with regulations.
3. Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations.
4. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate patient care and optimize operational efficiency.
