Being an Residential Administrator - Nursing Home builds good relationships with residents and families and participates in resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition. Implements and monitors safety protocols. Additionally, Residential Administrator - Nursing Home address complaints and resolve problems. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Residential Administrator - Nursing Home supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.     Qualifications

    • Current Nursing Home Administrator CA License
    • 2 years experience in healthcare administration as a Nursing Home Administrator, Assisted Living Administrator, or equivalent
    • Prior experience working in long-term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, senior living, memory care, or equivalent
    • Knowledge of all relevant regulations and policies
    • Excellent skills in communication, management, and problem-solving
    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing all staff including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
    • Ensuring quality care for all patients and facilitating communication with their families
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
