Qualified Adult Residential Facility, which gives care to mentally disabled adults, needs an Administrator to manage a level-4 facility. Must have an Administrator certificate issued by the Dept of Social Services.
The position consists of day-to-day oversight in addition to providing support to 1-2 facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the program in accordance with Title XVII and Title XXII
- Organize and maintain records of all client documentation
- Scheduling of staff members
- Establish and assist in weekly staff meetings
- Training of staff members
Pre-requisites for the position include:
- High School or equivalent
- At least years of age
- ARF Certification License
- Legal Drivers License
- Accessible Finger Prints
- Able to sustain and pass a background check
- A reasonable amount of experience (2 years preferred)
