    SALARY RANGE

    FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage willalsobe premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

    JOB SUMMARY

    To serve as the point of contact assisting with the everyday inquiries and needs of homeowners, primarily specific to architectural application questions and processing. This person will serve as Architectural Review liaison with the Park Place architect, assist with compliance issues.

    In addition, this person will serve as the Events Coordinator for Park Place.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Architectural Review

    • Maintenance of accurate and complete records as required to properly and effectively implement the architectural process. This includes homeowner computer files, plan submittals (pending, approved and denied), homeowner correspondence.
    • Maintain awareness of Architectural/Design Review Guidelines and other Governing Documents.
    • Interacts and follows up with all Board members and homeowners regarding architectural issues when necessary.
    • Consistent use and maintenance of information in Connect, Tasks, ADRC and other FirstService database programs as assigned.
    • Complete company training as assigned, attend all mandatory company functions, and adhere to FirstService Standards of Operation, policies, and procedures.
    • Issuance of resident identification, access key fobs, resident registration, and ensure appropriate computer and paper files are kept.
    • Review and monitor community Policies and Guidelines.
    • Ensure homeowner inquiries regarding facility usage are handled in accordance with procedure.
    • Coordinate and attend as requested designated meetings or functions.
    • Responsible for implementation of the Procedural Manual, and any other duties that may be required by supervisor.
    • Represent professionalism and FirstService Residential standards of operations to clients and fellow staff at all times.
    • Apply a pro-active approach to all areas of responsibility and strive for continued improvement and excellence throughout.
    • Follow quality system procedures.
    • Maintain an organized workspace according to company procedures.
    • Greet walk-ins when needed.
    • Other duties may be required from time to time.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Events

    • Work directly with community event vendors, developing a positive working relationship with all while holding them accountable to provide excellent services to residents and continue to promote and maintain a true sense of community.
    • Obtain all required paperwork from service providers for events and programmers to ensure compliance, including contracts, insurance certificates, and W-9 prior to the service taking place.
    • Create, schedule, and distribute weekly e-mail blasts to all residents to ensure timely communication
    • Create survey tools and processes to identify resident interest for community events, programs, and activities.
    • Ensure community events and activities content on all media communication platforms are up-to-date.
    • Monitor and update the annual master community event calendar and weekly facility rentals to ensure all programs/clubs/events have space.
    • Ensure accurate inventory and organization of event-related supplies and storage areas.
    • Ensure accurate documentation for all community events, programs, vendor contacts, financial, event summary reports.
