Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the real estate development team.

- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct research on market trends, property values, and competitor analysis.
- Handle incoming inquiries and communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Perform general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
