Residential Living Assistant provides individualized care to the patients of a group home or residential living facility. Assists the patients on daily basis with personal care and hygiene. Being a Residential Living Assistant transports patients within the facility or on supervised outings. Administers and records medications given to residents. Additionally, Residential Living Assistant may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Residential Living Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     Part Time CNA (12 hour shifts)

     

    • 7am-7pm-   24 hours/ week (Mondays and Every Other Weekend)                                                     
    • 7pm-7am-  12 hours/week   (Mondays and Saturdays)                                                                    
    • 7pm-7am-   24 hours/week  (Mondays and Saturday/Sunday)    

     

    What You'll Do:

     

    As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor their health, provide emotional support, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Monitoring and recording vital signs
    • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
    • Assisting with mobility and transfers
    • Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans
    • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
