We are looking for a Residential Assistant to join our team and provide support to our residential community. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to residents, helping with daily activities, and monitoring the safety and security of the premises. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of residential policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document the behavior of residents.
• Provide support and guidance to residents in a respectful manner.
• Ensure that the facility is clean and safe for all residents.
• Assist with problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families.
• Organize recreational activities for residents.
• Maintain records of resident activities and progress.
