Residential Living Assistant provides individualized care to the patients of a group home or residential living facility. Assists the patients on daily basis with personal care and hygiene. Being a Residential Living Assistant transports patients within the facility or on supervised outings. Administers and records medications given to residents. Additionally, Residential Living Assistant may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Residential Living Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Brief description of Role:
Havenview Residential Communities is seeking an assistant property manager to join our fast-growing residential management team. This particular role will focus on apartments, townhomes and homes from upscale to value-priced in Omaha and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience within residential property management and the ability to multi-task and demonstrate superior customer service. ·Key Accountabilities for this Role:
-Initially this role will involve all aspects of managing and leasing the residential property.
-Running and implementing a marketing program.
-Ensuring occupancy tracks with goals.
-Screen prospective tenants using our online screening process.
-Responsible for day-to-day operations of the properties.
-Collect and record rental deposits and monthly rental payments.
-Assisting residents in the move-in and move-out process, including walking the apartment with them, recording concerns, and explaining community specific details.
-Participate in ongoing resident relations including incoming telephone calls and resident relations. Assist with resident concerns or related activities as requested by management.
-Assist with incoming phone calls pursuant to maintenance and leasing.
-Maintain and store rental and lease documentation. -
-Assisting Director of Residential with clerical duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Team player.
- Able and willing to work early evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- The ability to do multiple tasks at one time.

- Experience with Leasing
