Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facility to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, and plumbing.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Repair machinery and equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Ability to supervise maintenance activities effectively.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with various departments.
- Leadership qualities to guide maintenance staff efficiently.
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Electrical skills including wiring, schematics, and logic controllers.
- EPA certification.
