```Responsibilities:```
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects as assigned

```Skills:```
- Proficient in calendar management software
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document signing
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Experience with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent file management abilities to maintain an organized office environment
- Administrative and clerical skills to support daily operations
- Front desk experience with exceptional phone etiquette
