Caregivers do you enjoy your position but crave a new opportunity? Creative Community Living Services is seeking a full-time Residential Caregiver Program Manager in Wisconsin Rapids.

This full-time position is a supervisory position with caregiving duties. As a manager you will support the needs of each individual client (one-on-one services), participate in the development of individual service plans, communicate with all significant supports and agencies involved in the client's life, attend client-related meetings and appointments as needed, supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate all caregivers as part of a team to ensure the program is being run according to CCLS policies, procedures and philosophy. This is a great opportunity to build your skills.
