Residential Living Assistant, Sr. provides individualized care to the patients of a group home or residential living facility. Assists the patients on daily basis with personal care and hygiene. Being a Residential Living Assistant, Sr. transports patients within the facility or on supervised outings. May assist with meetings and appointments with healthcare providers. Additionally, Residential Living Assistant, Sr. administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Residential Living Assistant, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Responsible to provide students with a safe and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. Oversees the daily management of the residential living programs and uses proper judgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues and problems. Manages non-class hour residential living environment and ensures quality leadership and evening programming to enhance student’s independent living and employability skills. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION
Supervises and manages the program and activities of the Residential Living Department. May be assigned Acting Programs Director in Director’s absence.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required. A minimum two years of experience in program management and direction with a substantial experience working with youth. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet the Company insurability requirements.
