Residential Living Assistant, Sr. jobs in Fayetteville, NC

TIDES, INC. is a comprehensive, intensive, outpatient treatment program for women with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) in Moore County, and beyond, who are pregnant or newly postpartum. Using a comprehensive, evidence-based, therapeutic approach, existing community partners integrate their services to engage women in the recovery process to keep the mother-child dyad intact.

We are currently looking to hire part-time residential managers for our residential facility in Carthage, NC. Looking for flexible individuals that can work day (8a-2p), evening (2-9) or overnight shifts (9p-8a). Also looking for individuals with weekend availability.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining professional environment and day-to-day operations of residential facilities.
• Maintaining confidential records on all individuals and working together with other managers.
• Assisting in coordinating resident’s needs and helping with babies as needed.
• Mentoring and supporting resident's Plan of Care.
• Coordinating and managing daily activities.
• Maintaining disciplinary actions including drug screens and adherence to all program rules.

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in substance use recovery.
• Experience in a transitional living preferred.
• Experience with pregnant women and new mom's a plus.

All applicants must live within 30 minutes of Carthage, have their own transportation, consent to a background check and have a clean driving record.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
